Education
We train administrators of the IA system, who in turn train managers, safety representatives and others internally. Every month, we hold undergraduate and continuing education for administrators, digitally and at Afa Försäkrings office in Stockholm.
Our training concept is suits the users who will configure and administer the IA system in the workplace. These local superusers thus get the tools to support and train managers, safety representatives and others within their own organization.
We hold basic and continuing education for superusers every month, digitally and at Afa Försäkring. The educations are not industry-specific but open to all industries, companies and organizations. If there are several of you in the workplace who wants an education as super users, we can arrange a special training just for you.
Education is held in Swedish. We do not offer trainings in other languages.
The booking takes place in the IA system, but it's only availible in the Swedish version of the IA system due to the fact that all educations are held in Swedish.
Basic training for superusers
We present the IA system and go through the different settings that can be made to adapt the system for your organization. We report a test event together and show the flow through the entire deviation management process.
Continuing education for superusers
The training is aimed at super users who have completed the basic training, worked in the system for a while and now want to learn more. The course includes in-depth study of risk assessment, risk management, risk management templates, analysis and reports.
Business-adapted training
If you are several super users who need training, we can offer a special training just for you. The training is free of charge and can be held at your company, at Afa Försäkring or via Teams.
Company-specific training of managers or other roles
We offer training for managers, safety representatives or other roles, subject to time and payment. The trainings can be held at your organization, or via Teams. Cost SEK 15,000 excluding VAT per occasion. Cost for travel and accommodation will be added if needed.
