Q&A about IA system

If you have forgotten your password, you can order a new temporary password yourself on our login page. To do so, follow these steps:- Click on "Forgot your username or password, or blocked your account? Click here" in the login box.- In the field under the heading "Forgot password?" you enter your username and click "Send".- You will now receive an email with a temporary password. Copy the password (make sure you don't include any extra spaces).- Go to the login box, enter your username and paste the temporary password. Click on "Log in".- You will come to a new box where you have to change the password. Here you enter the password you want and click "OK". However, it only works if your email address is registered in the system. If it doesn't, one of your IA administrators will need to log in and give you a new password.- Note! If you have saved your previous password in the browser, it is important that you clear all passwords in the browser before logging in with the new password.

Contact the IA administrator in your organization who will help you with that.

If you encounter problems of a technical nature, first ask your own IT organization for support. After that, as a super user, you can contact IA support as via iasupport@afaforsakring.se - You can also click on the light bulb icon in the lower right corner of the system and then click on "house" to access system guides of a technical nature.

The IA system has been developed by Afa För­säkring together with Swedish Enterprise, LO, PTK and the industries. Operation and development of the IA system is managed by Afa För­säkring. The system is continuously developed in cooperation between Afa För­säkring and the user organizations. Sustainable working life is responsible for the work with organizations within the governmental agreement area.

The IA system can be used at no extra cost by companies and organizations that have taken out occupational injury insurance (TFA, TFA-KL) because it is included in the insurance premium and is part of Afa Försäkring's preventive activities.

The IA system is a web-based system provided as a cloud service in the form of a SaaS solution. Development and operation are handled by Afa För­säkring by its own staff. We have our own servers located in Sweden.

We recommend that you use the latest version of one of these browsers for our Internet services:- Google Chrome- Microsoft Edge (baserad på Chromium)- Chromium- Our pages and e-services also work in many other browsers, but unfortunately we are unable to provide technical support in the event of problems when you use browsers other than those listed above.

Since all industries have different risks, the risk language in the IA system is adapted to each industry. This is done in collaboration between Afa För­säkring and representatives of the industry.

The team behind the IA system produces ongoing guides and materials on how the system works that can be helpful to you as a user. In the IA system, you will find all guides behind the light bulb icon in the lower right corner of the system.- If you do not have a login to the IA system, the superuser in your organization can share guides with you.

If your company or organization is already connected to the IA system, address your questions to the IA administrator (Superuser) at your company/in your organization. You can also click on the light bulb icon in the lower right corner of the system. There are manuals and guides where you can find the answers to many questions.- If your company/organization is not connected to the IA system, you send your question to iasupport@afaforsakring.se
